I have worked with Gretchen through a few contracts now and I can say she is the ABSOLUTE BEST REALTOR IN NOLA, in my opinion, ESPECIALLY for first time home buyers, we had a lot of fun together even through the stressful times (because buying a house at the end of the day is stressful). She is the type of realtor that will take the time to ensure that you have every piece of information you need to make an informed and educated decision and never pressured me into any sale just for a paycheck. In fact I can say that after closing on my brand new house we are now friends and reach out to her advice even after the close which she has been gracious to provide help. Ive worked with different realtors in the past who just want to push you through the procedure and move on to the next client to increase sales revenue and Gretchen is the complete opposite. She also has an AMAZING Rolodex of quality people she recommends (but doesnt force on you) who have the same mentality. If you are looking for a realtor first time home buyer or not reach out to her first, you will not be disappointed or hard sold on anything, including her expertise. I can say with a 100% certainty we will be doing business in the future when I'm ready to purchase my next property! Thanks again!
